01How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are priced by height. You can buy them online in advance or on-site the same day. Buying online saves you up to €2 per ticket.
02Disability
Tickets with proof of 33% or higher disability are purchased on-site. The discount is 20% off the on-site price, both for the certified person and their companion.
03Large families
Large families presenting their card, family book or special large family card get €4 off per ticket and member.
04Security forces
20% discount valid for the whole family, on-site only, off the on-site price.
05Can I bring food to the park?
Yes. We offer dining services, but you can also bring your own food and eat it in the designated picnic area.
06Attractions
Some attractions have mandatory height and/or weight restrictions. Check the minimum heights in the Attractions section.
07Is there a Fast Pass at Aquavelis?
Aquavelis does not offer a Fast Pass wristband service.
08Footwear
We recommend suitable footwear for the park (flip-flops or water shoes). On some attractions it may be mandatory to remove them for safety.
